BOB – the first hybrid L2 combining BTC security with EVM liquidity.

💰 The project has already raised $10 million, including an undisclosed investment from Coinbase.

The first phase is complete with the Mainnet launch and the start of the second phase of the airdrop farming. Even if you missed the first phase, you can still farm points in the second season.

🟢 In the second season, our goal is to deposit funds into the BOB network and interact with Dapps. These interactions will later reward you with Spice points.

You can withdraw your funds from the network at any time without any waiting periods.

✔There are also multipliers:

⚫ x1.5 – for liquidity in tBTC, WBTC

⚫ x1.3 – for DAI, USDC, USDT, rETH, STONE, wstETH, eDLLR

⚫ x1.0 – for ETH, ALEX, eSOV

The multiplier is based on the tokens you hold in the BOB network after depositing, not just what you initially deposit. You still need to pay fees in ETH within the BOB network, so it’s smart to start with ETH and then swap to the token you’ll use for lending and so on. If you hold stablecoins, buy ETH, deposit it, and then swap the necessary amount back to stablecoins. You can deposit funds using cheaper networks like ARB, OP, BASE, and others.

✅ Steps to follow:

1️⃣ Deposit ETH into your Metamask wallet in any network you prefer (I deposited 3 ETH in Optimism).

2️⃣ Visit the website, enter the invite code qnbos4 (required), and click “Start Harvesting Spice”.

3️⃣ Link your Twitter account, follow the project, click “Link wallet”, and connect your wallet (if you participated in the first phase, you can skip these steps).

4️⃣ In the “Bridge” tab, select a bridge to transfer ETH to the BOB network.

5️⃣ I use Orbiter and transfer 3 ETH to the BOB network (fee ≈$0.8). ✳If you have ETH in the Ethereum Mainnet, it’s cheaper to transfer to BOB via the Realy bridge with a fee of about $1.2.

6️⃣ On the site, go to the “Fusion” section (screenshot) and interact with Dapps.

✔️ What I do:

⚫ I make swaps on Izumi or IceCreamSwap, swapping ETH to USDC or wBTC and back in small amounts.

⚫ Then, deposit USDC, ETH, or wBTC into Segment and withdraw after a few days , repeating the process.

⚫ Similarly, interact with other protocols whenever possible.

🔴 Simply depositing funds into the network won’t earn you Spice.

🔴 Following the above example, deposit your funds into lending to earn Spice.

🔴 Spice points are awarded every 30 minutes, but they aren’t displayed yet.

🔴 All interactions with protocols are tracked, and Spice points will be visible soon.

🔴 The more interactions with protocols, the more Spice points you’ll receive.

🔴 It’s unclear whether the turnover amount or the number of transactions is more important.

🔴 Therefore, do both if possible, as BOB network fees are minimal.
