LayerZero announced a list of ~803k Sybil accounts:
🟢 Sybils who confessed: 338k
🟢 List from Chaos Labs x Nansen: 465k
✅ How to Check:
⚫ Go the and press CTRL+F
⚫ Paste your wallet address
⚫ If you find a match, you are flagged as a Sybil
⚫ If there’s no match, you’re currently in the clear
🗒 In total, there are 6 million addresses. Initially, they detected 2 million Sybils but loosened the criteria to avoid false positives.
The list is not final and will be updated as the methodology evolves. The final list will be published after May 31.
🤔 Chaos Labs’ founder published a report on Twitter detailing the methodology for identifying Sybils.
Criteria:
🟠 Sources of Funds: Checked where the funds came from: CEX, DEX, or bridges.
🟠 Similarity: Looked for identical amounts of money received at the same time and similar transactions.
🟠 Quick Transactions: Monitored for funds transferred within short periods.
🟠 Filters: Filtered users based on the amount of money and the number of transactions to refine the list.
🟠 Group Quality: Considered only groups where each user was very similar to the others.
🟠 Group Size: Groups had to be significantly larger than others in the same period and exceed a minimum size.
